Both units accommodate a maximum of 6 people. The complex is well within it’s right to remove people contravening this regulation. In the event of contravention of this regulation, full rental will be forfeited.
Please remember to park in the unit’s designated parking pay. If someone else is parking in the unit’s bay, you can ask the person to find alternative parking area or request the security to intervene. Alternatively
Radios, tape decks, musical instruments TV’s and other sound producing devices shall not be played or use d in such a manner as to interfere with any occupants enjoyment of his unit or of the common property.
Silence to be maintained between 22h00 and 08h00 Sundays to Thursdays and 24h00 and 09h00 Fridays and Saturdays
Washing/Laundry may not be hung out/displayed where it is visible to the general public, nor over the walls and common property of any unit.
